The Arranger is not a financial intermediary, nor an agency or a broker-dealer, nor does it allow access to the negotiation, compensation or transactions related to the products created under the Prospectus approved by the competent regulatory entity; the Arranger is the coordinator of the Altarius ETI programs and does not manage or distribute ETIs or other securities, in Spain or in any other jurisdiction.
